2025 EWTN Vatican Summer Academy: Participant Projects

From security during the Jubilee to the message of hope that has spanned from Pope Francis and continues in the pontificate of Pope Leo, these are the stories reported by the EWTN Summer Academy Participants.

This year of 2025 has been filled with two pontificates and such historic events reported on by young Catholic journalists for the first time in their careers.

As pilgrims continue to flock to Rome, over 40 participants also traveled to Rome to participate in the EWTN Vatican Summer Academy, to learn from the talented teams in the EWTN Vatican Bureau about Catholic journalism and the future of reporting on the Church and the life of the Pope.

And, now, after two weeks with the EWTN Vatican Summer Academy. in Rome, the young participants return to their countries with new friendships and experiences in the field of Catholic journalism.
