Master of Papal Liturgical Celebrations visits WYD headquarters in Lisbon

Monsignor Ravelli, Master of Papal Liturgical Celebrations, visited the Local Organizing Committee of World Youth Day Lisbon 2023 headquarters on June 14 in preparation for the largest gathering of young people from around the world with the Pope. Breaking the news is the official website of WYD Lisbon, which also publishes some photos of this meeting.

Also, on the site, they let it be known that 40 days before WYD Lisbon 2023, Monsignor Ravelli was welcomed by Monsignor Américo Aguiar, President of the WYD Lisbon 2023 Foundation, who thanked him for his collaboration in such a sensitive area of WYD as ensuring “the balance of liturgical matters.”

“The visit began with the unveiling a plaque commemorating this moment, which preceded the celebration of the Eucharist. During the homily, Monsignor reminded that the law of Jesus is demanding and that we must accept it completely and with a sense of commitment to be joyful,” the WYD website also reports.
