A Recap of Pope Francis’ Trip to Hungary

Pope Francis is back in Rome following his 3 day trip to Hungary. The visit included a Mass in Budapest before 50,000 people. During the Mass, the Holy Father reminded the faithful that Jesus is the Shepherd who searches nonstop for the lost sheep to bring them back into the fold. The Mass wrapped up the Holy Father’s 3 day trip, where he met with the Hungarian leaders including Prime Minister Viktor Orban. European Correspondent for the National Catholic Register, Solene Tadie, joins to talk to us about some of the highlights from the apostolic visit. Pope Francis also held his usual news conference on the papal plane back to Rome and specifically addressed the war in Ukraine, as well as allegations that children are being kidnapped by Russia. Tadie shares more about that. The Holy Father also mentioned something about the next places he will visit. Tadie fills us in on what more he had to say.
