Vatican Office & Swedish Institute collaborate on caring for the planet

A Vatican office with the collaboration of a Swedish institute presented a booklet on caring for the planet. “Our Common Home: Bridging Science and Faith for a More Sustainable World” aims to connect protecting the environment with the messages of Pope Francis from his 2015 encyclical Laudato Si’.

Vatican official from the Dicastery for Promoting Integral Human Development, Michele Robibaro, joins to tell us more about this booklet and how it was presented. The project explains how people and communities can take action to build a more sustainable and socially just future. Robibaro talks more about this and what he believes is needed for a more sustainable future. The dicastery worked with the Stockholm Environment Institute on this project. Robibaro explains more about that organization and how the collaboration came about.
